AB's big, spring dance recital is coming up in June. I don't think she can comprehend what all it entails, but I can tell you that she can hardly contain her excitement over one thing. Her costume. As Ms. Marissa was going over recital and costume procedures, AB couldn't sit still she was so excited to get her hands in her costume. We went home and tried it on. It was so precious on her. I'm just as excited as she is, I think!
Thank you for taking an interest in our family blog! It is a private blog, and I appreciate you not sharing your login information. I hope you can tell that we love Jesus and are living solely to raise our children to make much of His name and to stand out in a world of sin and conformers. I hope you find that what you read is genuine. Nothing is put on for show to make us look ideal. We are ANYTHING BUT the ideal family. We are real. We have problems. We trust Jesus in all we do.

What?...There's Something on My Head, You Say?
This is what happens when you have a big sister and you are absolutely defenseless. You may find yourself with fabric coasters on your head.
Valentine's Day 2013
This Valentine's Day I had three sweet valentines instead of two this year. How blessed I am! The love I feel on this day, and everyday, is overwhelming. I love my girls and their sweet daddy. I don't know what I would do without all of this love in my life!
Emme's 3rd Birthday Party
It's hard to believe that the same teeny tiny preemie that spent the first six weeks in the NICU is turning three! What a sweet, precious blessing she is! So, we celebrated her third year of life in style at build-a-bear.
A Trip to Altoga
My whole life I listened to my best friend, Jenna, talk about visiting Altoga and decoration Sunday, and playing at the old farm house and barn. As close as we were and as much as we did everything together, going to Altoga was never worked into our play dates. I wish it had been under better circumstances, but I got to visit Jeannie and Jenna's beloved Altoga. Sweet Mama Marge went home to be with The Lord, following her love, Papa Dunn. After the funeral, we followed the processional to the sweet little cemetery I'd been hearing about for years and laid Mama Marge next to her sweet Charles. Sweet memories have been made all of these years in the Dunn family and I was blessed to be apart of it on this day.

Eleven Months Old
Eleven Months Old!
You're almost a year, LC! I can't take it! I can't believe my baby is almost a year. What a fun eleven months it's been, though.
I enjoy seeing what you have in store for us each day. I know I can ALWAYS count on your big smiles and happy spirit. It's overwhelming how joyful you are!!
You have so many people who love you and want to love on you. I love the relationships you form. Already, at this young of an age, you have lifelong friends and people who will always love you. That's a gift you have, LC.
Your sweet toothy smile just makes my day. I love those teeth!! I couldn't let go of the gums, but those teeth are even better -- if that's even possible. Like your Daddy, you smile with your eyes, too. I love how they light up with each smile.
It takes a village...but what a wonderful village. You have an AMAZING group of therapists who work with you and so closely monitor your progress. I'm so grateful for each one of them...and they love you so much!
There's nothing like the sisterly love you and your sister have. I could watch you two all day. You LOVE each other!!!
